Why only 12

Why we cap it at 12

Big conferences are good for hearing ideas. They're bad at helping your business. You sit in a ballroom, take notes, and nobody in the room knows what you sell.

GrokBotCon is the opposite. Twelve owners is small enough that everyone gets real time on their own business, and big enough that you hear how eleven other people would handle your problem.

Your business, on the table

Bring your numbers. Get a straight answer.

Before you arrive, you'll gather your financials (revenue, costs, margins) and your lead numbers if you track them. If you don't track leads yet, that's useful information too.

At GrokBotCon, each attendee gets dedicated time where we look at their business together: where the money comes from, where it leaks, what's working, and what to fix first. Buddy gives direct feedback, and the room adds what they've seen in their own businesses.

It's honest, not harsh. Everyone in the room is an owner taking the same risk.

Implementation, not inspiration

Bring your laptop. We install things.

This isn't a weekend of slides about what AI might do someday. You'll download and set up AI bots, code repos, and skills on your own machine, pointed at your own business, with help in the room when something breaks.

If you don't already have a dashboard showing the numbers that matter, you'll leave with one working.

The goal is simple: Monday morning, you open your laptop and the tools are already there.

  • You'd rather keep your numbers private.
  • You're looking for a done-for-you service rather than tools you'll run yourself.
